Head of Luxury and Lifestyle Brand Delivery
- IHG (Atlanta, GA)

The Role
Guided by the global brand strategy, this role leads the end-to-end delivery and performance of IHG’s Luxury & Lifestyle brands in the Americas (Kimpton, InterContinental, Vignette, and Regent). It translates global vision into regionally relevant strategies and ensures execution at the hotel level by embedding brand standards, safeguarding delivery, and engaging senior stakeholders across ownership, operations, and hotel leadership.
The role drives net system size growth, brand differentiation, and guest journey excellence by localizing global initiatives and shaping regional input. As the brand voice across design, operations, development, R&B, and hotels, this leader protects brand integrity through waivers, PIPs, renovations, and openings, while supporting development and commercial teams to enhance performance.
By orchestrating brand delivery across the full ecosystem—from concept to on-property execution—this role ensures sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and meaningful value creation for owners and guests in the Americas.

+ Champion brand presence and growth: Represent the brand in owner and development pitches, act as a trusted liaison with senior leaders across IHG and the industry, and ensure the brand’s voice, value, and vision are consistently brought to life. Translate consumer insights and owner trends into actionable strategies that grow brand presence and revenue in current and target markets.
+ Safeguard brand integrity in hotel openings: Review and approve hotel-level creative concepts for pre-opening properties, including brand expressions, identity systems, and R&B concepts. Ensure alignment with global brand strategy and delivery of a consistent, differentiated guest experience.
+ Strengthen owner value proposition: Own the communications strategy for the owner value proposition across Masterbrand and stay brands. Partner with Development Marketing to ensure messaging is clearly articulated, consistently reflected in materials, and effectively leveraged to drive growth and owner confidence.
+ Drive execution of brand extensions: Lead regional implementation of brand extensions (e.g., all-inclusive, residences, clubs), ensuring alignment with global strategy and consistent execution across markets.
+ Pilot and scale brand initiatives: Lead the planning, piloting, and rollout of brand hallmarks, product/service innovations, and other initiatives to enhance brand delivery and guest experience.
+ Partner for continuous improvement: Collaborate with Global Brand Management to establish feedback channels that support continuous learning, process and program improvement, and help maintain or accelerate competitive advantage.
+ Build and develop high-performing teams: Develop and execute a talent strategy to grow technical competencies and performance standards. Inspire, coach, and challenge team members to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
