    Job Summary and Responsibilities

     

    Seeking highly skilled RNs to provide critical, complex care in our Progressive Care Unit.

     

    As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you'll apply the full nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care of considerable difficulty.

    You will:

    + Observe, collect, and record patient biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care data; formulate nursing diagnoses, and measure progress.

    + Implement age-appropriate care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, families, and the healthcare team.

    + Administer medications with precision for patient safety.

    + Manage chronic ventilator patients, including emergency interventions.

     

    Shift: 6:45pm - 7:15am

     

    Core Schedule: Week 1 Sun; Week 2 Mon, Fri, Sat

    Job Requirements

    What You Bring:

    + Oregon RN License

    + AHA BLS for healthcare providers within 30 days

    + ACLS within 6 months

    + 1 year RN experience OR current Mercy Medical Center Nurse.

    + Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

    + PCU and/or ICU experience preferred

    + PCCN preferred

    Pay Range

    $53.22 - $74.35 /hour
