    Positon Summary

    As an Under Armour Rookie you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact. Throughout the 12 weeks you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.

    Under Armour firmly believes in the power of sports as a unifier and an opportunity for young people to grow both on and off the playing surface. The Community Impact Intern will have the opportunity to support our global community impact team in efforts to help unlock access and opportunities for young athletes across the globe. The intern will assist in managing data and administrative functions, contribute to planning and executing community events, and help coordinate volunteer activities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about community engagement and eager to gain hands-on experience in project management and impact reporting.

    Eligibility

    + Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program (expected graduation between December 2026 - July 2027).

    + Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

    Workplace Location

    + Baltimore, MD headquarters office.

    + Relocation assistance provided.

    + Hybrid or fully in-office work schedule.
