    Airtable (New York, NY)

    Apply Now

Airtable is the no-code app platform that empowers people closest to the work to accelerate their most critical business processes. More than 500,000 organizations, including 80% of the Fortune 100, rely on Airtable to transform how work gets done.

Airtable is on a mission to democratize software creation. Our platform is loved by people at more than 500,000 organizations because they can design and build powerful applications (without knowing how to code) that perfectly fit their needs and workflows. Within these organizations “creators” build applications on Airtable’s platform that are used by thousands of their colleagues on a weekly basis to collaborate across business-critical workflows.

As a Product Lead for our product-led growth initiatives, you will be responsible for crafting the vision, strategy, and roadmap to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention, focusing on small to midsize organizations. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, design, engineering, and data teams to identify opportunities for growth, execute on high-impact initiatives, and continuously optimize our self-serve user experience. You will also work closely with sales to identify high-value accounts for upsell to Enterprise and lead virtual efforts, coordinating with other pillar PMs.

    What you'll do

+ Reimagine Airtable's self-serve experience through an AI-first lens, transforming how users discover, adopt, and scale agentic workflows that radically change their operations (think: agents that auto-localize marketing campaigns across dozens of geos, or automatically generate and test landing pages based on conversion data)

+ Accelerate time to "wow" moments by developing AI-fluent onboarding and agent-building experiences that get new users to value in minutes, not days - with a focus on vertical/use case oriented workflows that dramatically reduce time-to-value for key segments

+ Drive end-to-end funnel optimization with particular focus on how AI can unlock step-function improvements in activation and expansion - not just incremental A/B tests, but fundamental reimagining of the user journey

+ Lead strategic product initiatives to unlock external distribution channels, building viral and network-effect driven features that expand Airtable's reach beyond traditional marketing channels

+ Build discovery experiences that make AI adoption inevitable within self-serve - where users discover transformative workflows they didn't know were possible (e.g., CRM records that auto-enrich and score themselves, project plans that self-update based on team activity)

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to execute high-velocity experiments

    Who you are

+ AI-fluent product leader who sees beyond chatbots to how AI fundamentally changes product building, user experiences, and value creation - ideally with hands-on experience shipping AI products that users actually adopt

+ 10+ years of product management experience with deep expertise in PLG motions and a proven track record of growing self-serve revenue at scale (ideally $100M+ businesses)

+ Full-funnel ownership mindset with experience optimizing every stage from acquisition through expansion, including billing systems, pricing strategy, and monetization mechanics

+ Strong growth product background with expertise in experimentation, A/B testing, cohort analysis, and using data to drive rapid iteration cycles and compound growth

+ Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS self-serve with experience building and scaling PLG businesses, understanding of self-serve buyer behavior, and ability to balance product-led and sales-assisted motions

+ Exceptional analytical skills with ability to dive deep into funnel metrics, identify growth levers, and make data-driven decisions about resource allocation and prioritization

+ Technical fluency to work effectively with engineering teams on growth infrastructure, experimentation platforms, and product analytics implementation

+ Cross-functional leadership excellence with proven ability to drive results through influence, partnering effectively with marketing, sales, data science, and engineering teams

+ Strategic thinking balanced with execution speed, able to identify big bets while maintaining velocity on incremental optimizations

Experience with productivity tools, collaboration platforms, or no-code/low-code products strongly preferred
