    Position Responsibilities:

    Design, develop, implement and test in Operating System tools, Active Directory, Windows Networking, Replication, DFSR, Group Policy management, and Public Key Infrastructure. Able to automate and troubleshoot (e.g., event logs, performance traces) to diagnose and resolve complex issues, collaborating with other organizations and subject matter experts when required. Contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives, provide technical coaching and mentoring to other engineers, and participate in training and readiness programs. Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, ensuring they are informed about the status and resolution of their issues.

    Position Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Security, or a related field and six years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept seven years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Bachelor’s degree and six years of experience. Must have five years of experience in the following skill(s): Active Directory, Windows Networking, Replication, DFSR, Group Policy management, and Public Key Infrastructure.
