    Warehouse Coordinator oversees warehouse parts and supplies needed for installs, managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, ensuring safety and organization. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Manage the day to day parts and supplies that support project management, and customer support departments.

    + Ability to determine best means to get orders to final destination.

    + Own special projects that improve the material process such as auctions, recycling, sale of excess or obsolete inventory.

    + Manages inventory levels, available stock and lead times.

    + Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by their supervisor/​manager.​

    **Education & Experience Requirements** :

    + Proficient use of a computer, specifically with Excel and Word. (Preferably advanced or certified Excel skills.)​

    + Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work well and interact with internal/external suppliers and customers.

    + Strong work ethic and teamwork; “can do” attitude and desire to provide best service. Strong Interpersonal and Communicative Skills.

    + Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision; must be a self starter and quick learner.

    + Strong Problem-Solving Skills

    + Self-organized, and able to work with minimum supervision.

    + Ability to be in the office 5 days a week.

    + Ability to pick up and drop off parts locally and within CA

     

    Pay Range

     

    $40,000—$52,000 USD
