• Production Technician

    Our client, a surgical tissue simulation lab, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Technician

    **Pay Range:** $22 per hour

    **Shift:** 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

    + Monitor equipment for malfunctions and perform basic troubleshooting

    + Inspect materials and finished parts for quality and cleanliness

    + Package, label, and transfer finished products to inventory

    + Maintain equipment, perform daily system checks, and ensure proper cleaning and shutdown procedures

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience

    + Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately

    + Ability to lift 50 pounds

    + Comfortable working around tissue and machinery involved in tissue processing

    + Comfortable working in cool/cold temperatures as needed

    + Proven ability to maintain an excellent attendance record
