    Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Training Coordinator to join their team for a 6 month contract. As a Training Coordinator Hills, MI, you will be part of the Learning and Development department supporting operational training initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Training Coordinator

    **Location:** Rochester Hills, MI

     

    Pay Range: $30-35/hr

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform administrative tasks to support the learning plan for employee training and development

    + Support curricula enrollments/removals, as requested

    + Document training completions in system and coordinate with Administrator, when necessary

    + Develop and revise unit training documents, materials, & curricula in partnership with area management designee and site training department

    + Create training plan (progression) roadmaps and curriculum blow out documents with input from assigned operations unit

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of related work experience

    + Strong preference for cGMP knowledge

    + Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills

    + Proficiency in use of computers and Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio)

    + Ability to work effectively in a team environment

    + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
