Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a **Fiber Optic Trainer Facilitator** to join their team. As a **Fiber Optic Trainer Facilitator** , you will be part of the Training Department supporting the technical training and development of new employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong coaching abilities, and a passion for adult learning, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:

Fiber Optic Trainer Facilitator

What's the Job?

+ Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions on fiber optic internet installation techniques

+ Demonstrate and coach students on proper installation and troubleshooting procedures

+ Identify and correct improper skills during training to ensure quality standards

+ Utilize computers or tablets to access training materials and record student progress

+ Support new hires through initial training in Norristown, PA, and subsequent relocation to Hilliard, OH

What's Needed?

+ Understanding of adult learning concepts and facilitation skills

+ Effective verbal communication skills

+ Ability to deliver training both in person and virtually

+ Knowledge of basic electrical safety related to telecommunications

+ Familiarity with equipment used in customer homes for internet services (Optical Network Terminal, Routers, Modems, Fiber cables)
