**Job Title:** Senior Critical Environment Technician – BAS & EPMS Specialist

**Location:** Onsite – Mt. Pleasant, WI

**Contract Duration:** 18 Months

**Pay Rate Range:** $40/hr. – $45/hr.

12-hour day shift, alternating 3/4 days.

Our client, a leader in data management and energy efficiency, is seeking a **Senior Critical Environment Technician** to support mission-critical operations. This role focuses on the operation, maintenance, and optimization of **Building Automation Systems (BAS)** and **Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS)** , with strong emphasis on **Schneider Electric PSO/PME** and **Siemens Design** platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate and maintain BAS and EPMS platforms (Schneider PSO, PME, Siemens Desigo).

+ Monitor system alarms, conduct trend analysis, and generate performance reports.

+ Troubleshoot and validate equipment across electrical, mechanical, and control systems.

+ Apply ION programmability and analytics in PME for enhanced system insights.

+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain accurate documentation.

Top 3 Required Skills:

1. **Hands-on experience with Schneider Electric PSO/PME and Siemens Desigo platforms**

2. **Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in critical environments**

3. **Ability to interpret electrical drawings and system schematics**

Requirements:

+ **OSHA or OSHA-approved NFPA 70E Certification** (Required)

+ High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical systems within data centers, manufacturing, or similar critical infrastructure

+ Flexible schedule availability (12-hour shifts, rotating days)

+ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
