We're looking for a CSA Quality Manager in Spartanburg, SC who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on projects including state of the art industrial and commercial facilities. You’ll be accountable for working with discipline subcontractors to ensure that the contractors quality plans and Inspection Test Plans are in compliance with site specific requirements, leading the development of Inspection Test Plans, assisting in Turn Over Package requirements and development. You’ll also provide on-site assistance monitoring and visually inspecting material at receipt and before installation.

* Certified technical training is preferred
* At least 10+ years of experience working in the QA/QC industry
* Effective oral and written communication
* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
* Proficiency in Office 365 platforms such as, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
* Certified technical training is preferred
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
* Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base
* Ability to work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
* Data Center experience
* Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or applicable experience, but not required
