    As a Tax Senior or Tax Supervisor, you'll be a key member of the firm's team, managing client relationships while overseeing tax preparation and filings.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.

    + Provide exceptional, client-facing service to help businesses and individuals meet their tax and financial goals.

    + Research complex tax issues and stay up to date on legislation impacting clients.

    + Mentor and support team members to facilitate a collaborative and efficient workflow.

    + Collaborate with leadership and provide recommendations to improve processes.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + CPA certification or progress toward one is highly preferred.

    + 3+ years of tax preparation and review experience in public accounting.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relationships.

    + Proactive, detail-oriented, and a natural problem-solver.

    + A passion for helping clients achieve financial success!
