    Job Title: Painter

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled painter to join our paint department, focusing on painting and staining window frames. The role also involves taping and masking off frames and glass. A critical requirement is the ability to read and understand product labels effectively.

    Responsibilities

    + Paint and stain window frames as part of the paint department.

    + Tape and mask off frames and glass.

    + Ensure proper understanding and application of product labels.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in industrial painting, specifically spray painting.

    + Proficiency with paint sprayers, spray guns, and paint booths.

    + Experience with paint preparation, sanding, and finishing.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in autobody, CNH, or Trail King is advantageous.

    + Ability to start at a level 2 or 3 in the painting process.

    + Familiarity with blasting and sandblasting techniques.

    Work Environment

     

    The facility operates Monday through Thursday from 6 AM to 4:30 PM and on Fridays and Saturdays from 2 PM. The environment is extremely clean and well-lit, with stations organized according to the production process.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of West Fargo, North Dakota.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
