Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:
+ Process customer **orders** and perform necessary **data entry** into the **CRM** system.
+ Handle all incoming **calls** and **emails** from customers, addressing inquiries efficiently.
+ Prepare professional **correspondence** and fulfill customer needs to ensure high **customer satisfaction** .
Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:
+ Have **1-2 years of customer service experience** in a call-center or office environment.
+ Possess **strong and effective communication skills** , both written and verbal.
+ **Associate degree or higher preferred** , demonstrating a commitment to education.
+ **Planning and Scheduling skills preferred** for managing tasks and time effectively.

**Pay Details:** $18.50 per hour
