    Job Title: Roofing Foreman

    Job Description

    Manage a team of commercial roofers for various projects in the Oklahoma City area.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead and supervise a team of skilled roofers to ensure project goals are met.

    + Coordinate tasks and delegate duties effectively among team members.

    + Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed on site.

    + Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience in roofing and commercial construction.

    + Strong management and leadership skills.

    + Ability to effectively oversee project timelines and deliverables.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the roofing industry.

    + Familiarity with commercial roofing techniques and materials.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
