    Job Title: Microbiology Lab Technician

    Job Description

    The role involves ensuring adherence to lab safety guidelines, creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and collaborating with production to test all incoming raw materials.

    Responsibilities

    + Follow lab safety guidelines diligently.

    + Create and edit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

    + Collaborate with the production team to test all incoming raw materials.

    + Perform standard microbiology testing, including testing for bacteria, yeast, mold, and identity testing using FTIR.

    + Maintain excellent documentation of all processes and results.

    + Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's Degree preferred

    + Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

    + Proficiency with FTIR testing.

    + Ability to create and write SOPs.

    + Experience in microbiology testing, including bacteria, yeast, mold, and identity testing using FTIR.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
