    Job Description

    + Ensure high-quality standards in machine performance, utilization, and downtime reduction through continuous equipment and process optimization.

    + Provide hands-on support to production operators, process engineers, and quality teams to ensure successful implementation and validation of products and processes.

    + Develop and analyze thermal profiles to support process improvements.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, specify, and implement new equipment and emerging technologies.

    + Interpret and apply technical service manuals and bulletins to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.

    + Train operators and new technicians on equipment operation and program adjustments to ensure consistent performance.

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and supplier communications regarding equipment and programming issues.

     

    Skills and Qualifications Required

     

    + Associate degree in Electrical/Mechanical Technology, Electronic Technology, or equivalent experience, preferred

    + 2–5 years of experience as an Equipment or Process Technician, preferably within an ECM environment.

    + Experience in electronics automation, including mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a production setting.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.
