Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician

Shift: First Shift | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

+ Prepare sterile compounds including testosterone, GLP-1s, and cyclosporine

+ Maintain a clean and organized compounding area per USP guidelines

+ Document compounding activities: batch records, cleaning logs, and QC checks

+ Support quality assurance and control initiatives

+ Manage inventory: receiving, labeling, and storing supplies

Required Skills & Certifications

+ Proven experience in sterile compounding

+ Familiarity with USP compliance

+ PTCB certification (preferred)

+ Tennessee pharmacy technician registration (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

+ Hospital or IV compounding experience a plus

+ Leadership potential or interest in supervisory roles

+ Experience compounding multiple drug types

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
