Job Title: Medical Assistant

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Medical Assistant in an urgent care clinic, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities

+ Collect patient demographics accurately and efficiently.

+ Triage patients based on their symptoms to prioritize care.

+ Maintain electronic health records (EMR) with precision and attention to detail.

+ Assist with medical procedures and provide support to healthcare professionals.

+ Perform routine administrative tasks such as front desk duties and customer service.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in medical terminology and electronic health records.

+ Ability to take and record patient vitals accurately.

+ Strong customer service skills in a healthcare setting.

+ At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Preferred but not required: Medical Assistant diploma or certification.

+ Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

+ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
