    Part-Time Accounting & Client Services Associate

     

    Bartlesville, OK | Contract-to-Hire | 4 hours/day, 4–5 days/week

     

    $18–$20/hr.

     

    Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking for a flexible part-time opportunity? Join our team as an Accounting & Client Services Associate and play an important role in keeping our office running smoothly while supporting our clients. This is a great opportunity to build your accounting and client service skills in a professional but welcoming environment.

    What You’ll Do

    + Assist with daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable and financial reports

    + Process client fees and update client information

    + Prepare and organize reports to support client and business needs

    + Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide excellent client service

    + Handle general office tasks (typing, scanning, mail, filing, etc.)

    + Support client requests and assist with new business paperwork

    What We’re Looking For

    + 6–12 months of office or administrative experience (accounting background a plus!)

    + Strong communication and organizational skills

    + Comfortable with phones, computers, and Microsoft Office

    + Dependable and consistent—able to work 4 hours/day, 4–5 days/week

    + High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
