About the role

As a **DCS/DeltaV Senior Engineer** , you will make an impact by leading the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced control systems in manufacturing environments. You will be a valued member of our Engineering team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to drive innovation and operational excellence.

In this role, you will:

+ Lead the design and deployment of Emerson DeltaV DCS systems to ensure high performance and reliability.

+ Integrate DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

+ Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical support to minimize system downtime.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align control systems with business and operational goals.

+ Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Work model:

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a **hybrid position** requiring **2 days a week** in a client or Cognizant office in **King of Prussia, PA** . What you need to have to be considered:

+ 8+ years of hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems.

+ Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues.

+ Strong documentation and system auditing skills.

+ Experience working in manufacturing and/or supply chain environments.

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

+ Familiarity with regulatory compliance in control system environments.
