    _Sr IT Project Management Specialist for Honeywell International, Inc. in Charlotte, NC_

    _Responsibilities:_

    + Provide IT infrastructure project management expertise in the development of IT strategy and assure effective delivery of multiple complex projects within Honeywell IT, ensuring both schedule and budget fidelity.

    + Partner across Strategic Business Groups (SBGs) to foster a one Honeywell approach and enable effective cross-Honeywell leverage of tools and technology.

    + Work with IT Business Partners during the ‘feasibility and strategy’ phase of a potential project to assist the drive of overall IT strategy scenarios, cost, and timeline estimates.

    + Develop and deploy standard solutions across the IT portfolio, ensuring reuse of best-inclass solutions and adhering to a common process model throughout. Negotiate for financial, physical, or human resources to support multiple projects (within and across organizational boundaries).

    + Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects assigned.

    _YOU MUST HAVE:_

    + Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in IT, Finance, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, and 5 years of project management skills managing complex global IT infrastructure projects, consolidations, and data center migrations.

    + Full term of experience must include: leading a geographically distributed team; solid experience with IT infrastructure projects with exposure to latest industry trends around digital transformation, cloud technologies, data centers, etc.; proven skills and ability to successfully manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously; and project management tools experience, finance, procurement and budget management, resource management, project schedule development and management, risk mitigation skills.

    + Up to 5%-10% domestic and international travel required.

    + Telecommuting is permitted up to two (2) times per week.

    + 40 hours/week
