    _Lead IT Architect for Honeywell International, Inc. in_** **_Raleigh, NC_

    Responsibilities:

    + Serve as a member of the SAP BASIS infrastructure team in the Honeywell IT Enterprise Services shared service organization which ensures alignment and delivery of all SAP services for the Honeywell Corporation and Strategic Business Groups.

    + Integrate the latest SAP technology, products and infrastructure components to run the best in class infrastructure solutions to deliver business value.

    + Consult and provide technical solutions to meet the SBG business requirements, improve system performance and address chronic issues. Install and configure new SAP systems.

    + Perform implementation, upgrades and migrations of SAP Business Suite system, NetWeaver System, HANA, BW on HANA.

    + Perform migration of SAP system to cloud and complete the cloud integration.

    + Administrate and resolve SAP-ABAP, SAP-JAVA stack performance issue.

    + Responsible for handling SAPGUI issues, process update/lock records, ABAP dumps, system logs and batch jobs.

    + Import daily and weekly transports from DEV to QA and PRD and coordinating with ABAP and functional team and resolve any issues.

    + Administrate system dynamics including kernel upgrade, support pack upgrade, installed add-ons in SAP systems.

    + Provide SAP Basis Operation support for integration of SAP infrastructure into Honeywell enterprise environment.

    YOU MUST HAVE:

    + Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field, and 5 years of experience in the job offered or acceptable alternate occupation.

    + Full term of experience must include: SAP Basis Administration support in a large Enterprise environment; architecting and supporting solutions around SAP ecosystems and a technology stack of SAP Enterprise Core Component (ECC), Business Intelligence (BI), Enterprise Portal (EP), SAP HANA, Suite on HANA, BW on HANA, SLD, Process Integration (PI/PO), Fiori, CRM, EWM, LVM, Solution Manager, BOBJ BI/BODS, GRC, TREX, and JAVA systems; and hands-on experience with SAP Basis tasks, including designing and implementing landscape and infrastructure, client strategy, capacity planning (sizing), high-availability and disaster-recovery setup, backup and recovery strategy, storage systems, SAP upgrades, OS/DB migration and Basis administration.

    + Must possess 3 years of experience in the following: SAP implementation, upgrades and migrations to Suite on HANA, BW on HANA, and cloud integration, cloud migrations; Linux operating systems; performance analysis and debugging; HA/DR technologies, including design and implementation of Geographically Dispersed HA/DR solutions; Database Administration; performance query analysis, sizing, HA/DR and storage/disk design of SAP HANA, Oracle, MaxDB; with Hyper- Visor/Cloud/Networking; designing, deploying and troubleshooting solutions based on VMWare or Azure or AWS; planning, designing, installation, and technical configuration of SAP modules and components; complex SAP and non-SAP technical integration and monitoring solutions for SAP applications and platforms; Instance, database and query tuning to improve the performance of the database/application; and with operations of large-scale global SAP landscapes.

    + Up to 10 % international and domestic travel required.
