Starting Pay Rates:

+ **C-Shift:** $21.81/hour

+ **A-Shift:** $22.31/hour

Available Shifts:

+ **C-Shift:** 3:30 PM – Midnight (Days Off: Sunday & Monday)

+ **A-Shift:** 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM (Days Off: Sunday & Monday)

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

+ Operate Extrusion machines safely and efficiently, meeting production standards for waste, quality, and utilization.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues by adjusting components and settings.

+ Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve production processes.

+ Conduct quality checks and enter results.

+ Run the production equipment in accordance with Standard Line Conditions.

+ Use the production line performance reporting tools in an accurate and timely manner.

+ Support and mentor less experienced team members to foster a collaborative work environment.

+ Complete end-of-shift reports accurately, including crew time, machine time, and production output.

+ Inspect products for defects and make necessary machine adjustments to maintain quality.

+ Follow all safety protocols, housekeeping standards, and standard operating procedures.

+ Communicate effectively with team members and leadership, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

+ One Year Manufacturing Experience

+ Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.

+ Effective communication skills (written and verbal).

+ Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is preferred but not required.

+ Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.

+ Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
