    Water Restoration Technician

     

    Ultimate LLC is immediatel **y hiring Water Restoration Technicians** for projects in the **Twin Cities (Eagan) area** . The pay range is **$25-$27** per hour based on experience. All technicians are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

     

    **Join our team as a Restoration Technician and be part of the first response when homes or businesses are impacted by water, fire, or other unexpected damage.** This role is fast-paced, hands-on, and gives you the opportunity to make a direct difference for people when they need it most.

    Ultimate Job Duties

    + Tackle demolition and removal of damaged materials.

    + Handle cleaning, sanitizing, and restoring affected areas.

    + Perform dry-outs and place drying equipment when needed.

    + Assist with pack-outs and protect client belongings.

    + Operate restoration tools and equipment safely.

    + Follow procedures for water, fire, and mold losses.

    + Keep jobsites safe, clean, and organized.

    + Communicate With Property Owners - Supplying Updates and answering questions.

    Ultimate Water Technician requirements

    + 2 years experience

    + Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)

    + Must have basic hand tools to perform trade

    + Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance

    + Drug Test Required

    + Background Check Required

    + Drivers License **Preferred But Not Required**

    + Background in water mitigation or property restoration.

    + IICRC certifications in Water, Fire, or Mold.

    + Experience in both commercial and residential projects.
