Inventory Planner

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy **Staging Inventory Associate/Inventory Planner** to support our inventory operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate inventory receipt, data integrity, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating spreadsheets, interpreting data, and communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Receive and verify incoming inventory shipments.

+ Accurately log inventory data into internal systems.

+ Utilize spreadsheets to track, analyze, and interpret inventory data.

+ Identify and resolve discrepancies, errors, or concerns related to inventory.

+ Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners to resolve issues.

+ Collaborate closely with the Demand Planning team to ensure inventory alignment with forecasts.

+ Maintain organized staging areas and uphold inventory accuracy standards.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.

+ Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet tools.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
