    Description

    This position is contingent upon contract award.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Oversee daily operations across multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations in support of SOF GLSS contract deliverables.

    + Develop and implement operational strategies that align with USSOCOM objectives and lifecycle sustainment goals.

    + Ensure compliance with DoD regulations, FAR/DFARS, and USSOCOM-specific directives.

    + Lead cross-functional teams to optimize logistics, maintenance, and supply chain performance.

    + Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

    + Collaborate with program leadership, government stakeholders, and subcontractors to resolve operational challenges.

    + Support audit readiness, government surveillance activities, and contract reporting requirements.

    + Mentor and develop site leads and operational managers to ensure consistent execution and accountability.

    •** **Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).

    + 10+ years of experience in operations leadership, with at least 5 years supporting DoD or federal contracts.

    + Strong understanding of sustainment operations, performance-based logistics, and government compliance.

    + Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

    + Experience with ERP systems and operational reporting platforms.

    •** **Preferred Certifications

    + PMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification

    + Familiarity with DCMA protocols and government audit standards

    + Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) or equivalent
