    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Cybersecurity Program manager will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cybersecurity projects and programs. They will lead the end-to-end execution of cybersecurity initiatives, including defining scope, managing timelines and budgets, assessing risks, and ensuring quality outcomes. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and business units to deliver secure and timely project results. Key responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and communication strategies; tracking performance and reporting status, issues, and risks to executive leadership and cybersecurity governance committees. The Project Manager drives remediation efforts from assessments, audits, and penetration tests, and ensures alignment with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls, as well as regulatory requirements including HIPAA, GDPR, and SOX. Additional duties involve facilitating risk assessments in collaboration with Information Security and Risk Management teams, embedding change-management and training activities into project plans, and promoting a culture of cybersecurity awareness and collaboration across technical and business stakeholders.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -6 years of Program management experience & cybersecurity knowledge + HS diploma, 4 years of experience + Associates, 2 years of experience plus Bachelor’s

     

    -Solid understanding of fundamental principles of cybersecurity, including threat landscape, vulnerabilities, and risk management.

    -Ability to manage cross-functional teams

    -Demonstrated proficiency in information technology systems, network architecture, and prevalent technologies to facilitate comprehensive evaluation of security controls. -Cybersecurity certifications (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM)
