Job Description

Program & Project Leadership

• Drive end-to-end program delivery using agile methodologies, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment.

• Lead 0-to-1 development initiatives, such as AI-powered platforms and digital transformation projects.

• Define program scope and ensure strategic alignment through research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder input.

Supply Chain & Operations

• Improve supply chain visibility and predictability through process mapping, buffer management, and risk/opportunity assessments.

• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse operations, and planning teams to ensure material availability and scalability.

• Lead initiatives to accelerate NPI readiness and mass production, integrating master data into planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP).

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to track supply chain metrics, forecast demand, and monitor inventory.

• Implement predictive models (e.g., regression, ARIMA, LSTM) to improve forecast accuracy and warehouse utilization.

• Automate reporting and data flows to reduce manual workload and improve operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Facilitate ongoing feedback loops across diverse user groups, including educational partners and internal teams.

• Conduct regular check-ins and follow-up meetings to support rollout, iteration, and adoption of new platforms and processes.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, supply chain operations, or related fields.

• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Python for data analysis and dashboard development.

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP APO, SAP IBP) and order-to-cash cycles.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight timelines. • Experience in edtech or AI-powered platform development.

• Familiarity with machine learning models and data science workflows.

• Background in global logistics and OEM coordination.
