Job Description

- Lead and execute OCM activities tied to a multi-year Zero Trust initiative.

- Assess current state of change readiness and define target state across people, process, and technology dimensions.

- Develop and implement change strategies including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, success metrics, and reinforcement plans (e.g., using the ADKAR model).

- Partner closely with program leadership, cybersecurity, IAM, and networking teams to align change efforts with technical execution.

- Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, actionable change plans for business -and technical audiences.

- Regulate and mature existing OCM activities at the program level (not just project level).

- Collaborate with a program manager and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive delivery and adoption.

Skills and Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, with a strong track record in large, complex enterprise programs.

- Demonstrated experience supporting cybersecurity, IAM, or network security initiatives.

- Experience working within or alongside Zero Trust programs or frameworks.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to assess, organize, and drive change in fast-paced, matrixed environments. Prosci certification or equivalent in change management methodologies.
