    Job Description

    Insight Global is hiring a Deployment Excellence Lead to support one of its largest life sciences clients in the global rollout of the Koerber PAS-X MES platform. This role is critical to ensuring consistent deployment across multiple manufacturing sites, aligned with enterprise standards and industry best practices. As a key member of the centralized deployment team, the Deployment Excellence Lead will oversee system lifecycle activities, shape validation strategies, and manage documentation processes. They will collaborate with site teams to implement validation frameworks and ensure uniform execution across regions. The ideal candidate will have deep PAS-X expertise within pharmaceutical or life sciences settings, paired with a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills. Success in this role requires the ability to operate confidently in a global environment, engage cross-functional stakeholders at varying stages of MES implementation, and provide strategic guidance to drive deployment excellence.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Comes from a life sciences background

    • Strong expertise in Koerber PAS-X MES, including system architecture, global deployment, and site-specific configuration

    • Solid knowledge of GMP and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) deliverables

    • Hands-on experience with validation processes, including documentation, testing, and compliance

    • Demonstrated ability to provide ongoing system support and continuous improvement, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business goals MBR Modeling Experience
