Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Testing Analyst to support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of the Model N Flex system for one of our clients located in Raritan, NJ. This role will be responsible for designing and executing test plans and scripts, managing UAT cycles, and ensuring the system meets business requirements and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with revenue management processes, particularly in contracts, chargebacks, and rebates testing within the Model N Flex platform. This is a hybrid role, requiring the candidate to be onsite in Raritan, NJ three days per week.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Model N Flex system enhancements and configurations

- Validate system behavior related to contracts, chargebacks, and rebate processing

- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and standards

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of experience in software testing and UAT within Model N Flex platform

Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems

Experience in contracts, chargebacks, and rebates processes within pharmaceutical industry

Experience with pricing, contracting, and revenue recognition workflows

Knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques.
