    As a Material Handler, you will:

    Responsibilities

    + Receive and process (pick, unload, label, store) GFM / GFE / CFM / Consumables / Tools / Calibrated inventories per BAE procedures.

    + Perform inventory controls checks as prescribed by leadership.

    + Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

    + Perform daily 6S assignments.

    + Complete all inventory transactions into inventory management systems (e.g. Cost Point, Crib Master)

    + Maintain records per the company procedure.

    + Report any discrepancies to supervision.

    + Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.

    + Maintain active driver s license.

    + Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.

    + Work well with all coworkers.

    + Follow all BAE safety guidelines.

     

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    Requirements and Skills

    + Working experience as a Warehouse Worker

    + Experience operating warehouse equipment

    + Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems

    + Familiar with modern warehousing practices and methods

    + Good organizational and time management skills

    + Ability to lift heavy objects.

    + Active drivers license

    + Ability to acquire and maintain DBIDS

    + Current forklift license

    + High school diploma

     

    Pay Information

     

    Full-Time Salary Range: $59800 - $91645

     

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

     

    Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20 hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
