    **PDS Tech Commercial** is seeking highly skilled **Senior Advanced Mechanical Engineer** to support advanced turbine component design and analysis. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on cutting-edge gas turbine technologies in a collaborative, high-performance environment.     About the Role

    In this role, you’ll apply your engineering expertise to design and analyze axial and radial turbine blades and vanes, with a focus on cooling and durability. You’ll use industry-leading tools to develop thermal models, perform CFD simulations, and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Design and analyze axial and radial turbine blades and vanes, including internal cooling

    + Perform heat transfer and secondary cooling flow analyses

    + Create and calibrate 2D/3D transient thermal models using NX Thermal or equivalent tools

    + Execute 3D conjugate heat transfer models using StarCCM+ or equivalent software

    + Use CAD software to generate and manipulate turbine component geometries

    + Communicate technical results clearly to stakeholders

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering

    + Minimum 5+ years of experience in gas turbine engineering design and analysis

    + Proficiency in StarCCM+ or other commercial thermal analysis tools

    + Experience with CAD modeling tools such as NX or equivalent

    + Strong written and oral communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    + MS or PhD in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering

    + Experience with turbine component design and analysis

    + Expertise in fluid mechanics, fluid dynamics, or heat transfer disciplines

    + Familiarity with thermal and CFD tools such as NX-Thermal, STAR-CCM+, or similar

    **Pay Details:** $52.88 to $60.00 per hour
