PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented **Program Coordinator** to support technical and production teams in Santa Clarita, CA. What You’ll Do

As a Program Coordinator, you will:

+ Support the creation, coordination, and consolidation of project activities across technical and production divisions.

+ Monitor schedules, identify delays, and develop countermeasures to keep projects on track.

+ Provide status updates to inform department managers and project leads of progress and requirements.

+ Track engineering schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

+ Coordinate with design, development, and production teams to gather updates and communicate priorities.

+ Maintain technical documentation, test plans, and project records.

+ Participate in team meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.

+ Apply project management tools and engineering workflows to drive efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

+ **Education:** BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering (minimum) or equivalent experience.

+ Internship or co-op experience in an engineering/technical environment.

+ Experience managing a technical project.

+ Basic understanding of engineering development cycles.

+ Familiarity with manufacturing processes (preferred).

+ Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

+ Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
