We are hiring multiple Medical Assistants for our Novi and Southfield locations. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, patient-focused, and team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

+ Coordinate the daily operations of a busy physician practice or health center, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows

+ Act as a key liaison between practice physicians, office staff, and other clinical and administrative teams

+ Maintain staffing coverage to meet provider schedules, manage float pool utilization, and oversee associate payroll records

+ Review and manage office correspondence, including invoices, statements, credit cards, petty cash, mileage forms, and reports

+ Assist with clerical and technical tasks to support overall practice operations and enhance the patient experience

EDUCATION:

+ High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

+ Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Required Certifications:

+ Must currently be a Certified Medical Assistant with a nationally recognized association or will be within 90 days of hire.
