    Overview:

    Staxmatic, LLC is seeking a Mechanical HVAC Foreman to coordinate commercial mechanical installations, repairs, and maintenance on active job sites. In this role, you will supervise field crews, ensure projects are delivered on schedule, and maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Coordinates activities of assigned craft workers. Responsible for maintaining the productivity of the crew.

    + Provides guidance, mentoring, and training to the crew. Conducts tool box talks as required.

    + Participates in job planning for work packages and construction schedules.

    + Operates and supervises operation of equipment and machinery such as backhoes, forklifts, man lifts, power tools and tampers. Works with tools to meet construction schedules or other demands.

    + Inspects work in progress and completed work to ensure work meets quality and productivity expectations.

    + Identifies and communicates construction conflicts and material shortages.

    + Eliminates construction and job site hazards to reduce safety incidents.

    + Assists in maintaining assigned tool inventory.

    + Assists the crew Foreman in producing quality work and a positive experience for the customer.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

    + High School Diploma or GED.

    + Relevant experience: minimum of 3 years

    + OSHA 10 certification is required, OSHA 30 preferred

    + Valid driver’s license

    + Pass background check requirements

    + Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office

    + Strong project scheduling and deadline management skills

    + Ability to work in outdoor environments with exposure to varying weather conditions
