AtFive Star Breaktime Solutions, we believe in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences that exceed expectations. We’re looking for aDining Room Service Captainto join our Hospitality team. This position plays a key leadership role, ensuring high-quality food and beverage service while overseeing staff and maintaining Hospitality-managed spaces.
The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and an effective leader who can easily build rapport with both customers and team members. Management experience is appreciated.
Key Responsibilities
+ Oversee the majority of Hospitality-managed spaces, ensuring each is properly maintained, organized, and cared for according to department standards.
+ Oversee Meeting Room Service carts, ensuring they are consistently well stocked, orderly, and properly maintained to support a seamless guest experience.
+ Train new hospitality associates staff on standards, policies, and procedures.
+ Assign staff for opening, service setup, and closing tasks, while managing results.
+ Lead staff through each service execution and hold them accountable to department standards, policies, and procedures.
+ Oversee all table aesthetics and service readiness.
+ Maintain and manage wine inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, proper storage, and readiness for service.
+ Have a working knowledge of alcohol, wine and food pairing, popular cocktails, and beer types.
+ Meet with chefs to discuss menu planning and service details.
+ Maintain understanding of guest needs, including dietary restrictions and menu translation.
+ Assist with interviewing and hiring for Hospitality Associate positions.
+ Support and participate in pre-service meetings.
+ Delegate tasks effectively and sustain working knowledge of upcoming services.
Additional Notes
+ While most shifts are Monday through Friday, occasional overtime and weekend events may be required.
+ Paid specialty training opportunities, including formal sommelier training, are available.
+ Approximately 70% of this role covers responsibilities above; 30% may be delegated by Hospitality leadership.

+ Pay:$25.00 – $28.00 per hour
+ Expected Hours:35 – 40 per week(with minimal overtime)
