Position Overview
As a Senior Process Analyst — Procurement, you will lead procurement internal and cross-functional teams and play a pivotal role in standardizing, harmonizing, and optimizing the source-to-pay (S2P) and procure-to-pay (P2P) process landscape within International and across the TRATON group. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify process deficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Your expertise in mapping current-state processes, value stream mapping, data-driven diagnosis, and scalable future-state design will drive large-scale transformation across people, process, and technology.
Responsibilities
+ Document, evaluate, and standardize existing procurement business processes ) with relevant stakeholders.
+ Determine and outline root-cause-based process improvements that reduce cycle time, rework, and risk.
+ Coordinate business process improvement strategies with internal and cross-functional partners in Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and IT.
+ Foster cooperation within the TRATON network; coordinate/lead cross-brand activities to harmonize and optimize core procurement processes.
+ Apply digital tools (e.g., process mining/automation) to drive data-based optimization and improved compliance.
+ Design and maintain controls and documentation (policy, SOPs, RACIs, playbooks, checklists) for audit readiness and consistent adoption.
+ Lead improvement projects end-to-end using agile practices (backlogs, ceremonies, retros) and structured change management.
+ Partner with IT/ERP teams to simplify handoffs, streamline approvals, integrate procurement data, and contribute to business requirements and UAT.
Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ At least 5 years of process improvement, lean or six sigma experience
OR
+ Master’s degree
+ at least 3 years of process improvement, lean or six sigma experience
OR
+ At least 7 years of process improvement, lean or six sigma experience
Additional Requirements
+ Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Desired Skills
+ Extensive experience in process management within procurement and in international/cross-brand project delivery.
+ Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, value stream mapping, and process mining methodologies.
+ Strong analytical skills with hands-on KPI/dashboard development (Excel and/or BI) and benefit tracking.
+ Familiarity with ERP/eProcurement platforms (e.g., SAP/Oracle, Coupa, Ariba) and collaboration/work management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet).
+ Effective communication and stakeholder facilitation skills, with intercultural competence.
+ High level of independence, ownership, and organization; excellent presentation and training abilities.
+ Proficiency in MS Office applications.
