Duration: 06 Months Contract with possible extension

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

+ This position will include daily invoice review, processing, corporate report outs and data tracking.

+ Support the monthly closing process, including accruals reporting and accounting reclassifications, as needed. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual cost tracking and update periodic reports.

+ Must be very detail-oriented and operate with a high degree of accuracy.

+ This position will also execute administrative tasks and projects for our Peoria team with office and department-related matters.

+ Must be willing to collaborate with all levels of the company, as well as external partners and suppliers to complete tasks.

+ This will also entail budgeting, tracking and proper processing of direct disbursements to outside organizations and agencies.

Experience/Qualification:

+ **Must-have skills:** **cost tracking, closing processes, reporting and reclassifications.**

+ **Nice-to-have skills-** **monthly closing (accruals and accounting reclasses). Contract management tasks, sow development, requisitioning**

Preferred Skills:

Contract management skills, supply chain, or contract negotiations experience. Those are areas that could be useful beyond this assignment.

**Education:** Must have a degree in either accounting or finance. Associates degree would be considered. Prefer bachelor's degree.
