    Loan and Deposit Operations Auditor Full-Time | $ 25 – $ 33 per hour based on experience, plus annual bonus. TEG is seeking a detail oriented, organized, and analytical skilled Loan and Deposit Operations Administrator to be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance requirements are met, as well as our internal standards, as defined in our policies and procedures. Loan and Deposit Operations Auditor Responsibilities: Performs new accounts and loan audits weekly. Responsible for providing Friday exception reports and clearing errors as corrections are completed. Performs audits of the following but not limited to, additional shares, changes in signers, share rate changes, address changes, and beneficial ownership. Performs audits of loan due date changes, loan rate changes and loans where Adverse Action was taken to ensure the credit union is in compliance with Regulation B. Responsible for the annual Branch Signage Audits, semi-annual NMLS Audits and sending out monthly reports from PC Lender to the credit unions audit vendor. Responsible for entering CDD/EDD questionnaires in Verafin for business and organizational accounts. Maintains knowledge of regulatory and compliance related issues that may impact the credit union by participating in ongoing training and reviewing regulatory alerts. Monitors and analyzes developing trends and changes in regulatory laws, rules and regulations and proves recommendations. Performance Measurements: Attention to Detail - A meticulous and detail-oriented mindset is required to scrutinize documents, transactions and processes for inaccuracies and discrepancies. Credit Union Knowledge : Understanding of credit union products, services, operations, and principles specific to the industry. Regulatory Compliance : Strong Knowledge of Credit Union regulations, with the drive to train and develop to stay informed. Problem Solving Skills - Must investigate complex issues, devise appropriate solutions, and recommend improvements to management. Written Communication - Ability to create clear, concise and professional audit reports that summarize findings. What You Bring: 2 year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business/trade school or completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program. Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations confidentially and professionally. Excellent organization skills with the ability to work independently. Broad knowledge of and experience with credit union or other financial institution operating areas, functions, products and services. Apply now for consideration!
