Overview of Role

ZwitterCo is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Specialist to support both supply chain and operations. The ideal candidate has experience in a technical, logistics, or purchasing role and will help ensure the successful application of ZwitterCo's membranes while managing the supply chain planning process. Responsibilities Include:

+ Monitor daily operations of the supply chain, from raw materials to finished goods

+ Implement processes and best practices in procurement, inventory management, and logistics

+ Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes and systems to drive efficiency

+ Assist in demand planning by collaborating with sales, marketing, and production teams to create accurate forecasts

+ Manage raw materials and inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and timely replenishment

+ Work with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials

+ Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in supply chain management

+ Review purchase order requests, vendor/supplier quotes, and invoices for accuracy and completeness

+ Manage open orders and communicate any lead time changes to internal stakeholders

+ Other responsibilities as assigned

+ A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Equivalent experience is also acceptable

+ A minimum of 5 years of supply chain, logistics, and/or purchasing experience is preferred

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

+ The ability to read and understand technical specifications, purchase orders, invoices, and terms and conditions is required

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and NetSuite is required

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary

+ Knowledge of supply chain standards and best practices is required

Schedule, Travel, Compensation, and Location:

This position is in Woburn, MA , and will report to the Supply Chain Manager.

No significant travel is expected for this role, however, certain trips to vendors or manufacturing suppliers may be required on occasion. (Travel <5%).

Compensation is commensurate with experience and will include equity and benefits.
