PRN- Contingent, 0-20 hrs a week

Your Role: Home Health Aide / CNA
As a **Certified Nursing Assistant** , you’ll provide one-on-one, compassionate care to patients in their homes. You’ll follow physician-directed care plans and help patients maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

What You’ll Need
+ Certified CNA and HHA in the state of Iowa
+ Completion of a federally compliant training program and competency evaluation
+ At least 1 year of experience as an aide in a healthcare or home care setting
+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
+ Ability to work independently and maintain professional relationships with patients and families
