Do you love building programs that surprise and delight and help your customers feel valued?
The Transportation Partner Experience (TPX) team is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Recognition who is passionate about building data-driven, comprehensive recognition programs that empower small business owners.
While the core customers for these recognition programs are 2,400+ Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) in United States and Canada, there are opportunities to expand this program to other transportation partners that power Amazon’s global logistics network in upwards of 20 countries. We are seeking a candidate who has a global mindset and can navigate culture nuances of recognition and work with regional analytics and operations teams to implement recognition programs utilizing agile methodology.
This role will require a blend of customer obsession to understand what milestones and achievements matter most to DSPs, ability to leverage data and technology to automate and streamline recognition, and superior project management skills to scale and promote these programs. While we have a baseline of DSP recognition products and programs, we are seeking a candidate who will continue to experiment on how recognition comes to life through digital, physical, in-station, and through our events.
This role can be based in Nashville, TN, Austin, TX, or Bellevue, WA.
Key job responsibilities
• Drive strategy and execution of large-scale recognition programs across multiple business lines and geographies
• Work with executive leadership to secure resources and drive alignment on shared recognition goals across business lines
• Gather quantitative and qualitative insights, measuring program effectiveness and informing future strategies
• Develop Think Big solutions like tiered rewards programs that integrate with business performance metrics
• Create surprise and delight recognition experiences to go above and beyond baseline recognition programs
• Travel up to 25% to ensure that programs are implemented effectively

The WW TPX team’s vision is to build and nurture communities of the happiest, safest, and highest quality transportation partners. We are proud of the unique makeup of our team: we have 90+ team members who live in 12 countries that are fluent in 13+ languages and work across two major job families (marketing and program management).
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
