    Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking Production Associates to join their team. As an Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing/packing/shipping/machine operator department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Production/Packing/Shipping/Machine Op Associates

    **Location:** Monticello, IN

    **Pay Range:** $10.50 - $16

    **Shift:** 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, OT available some weeks

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist in the assembly and production of goods on the manufacturing line

    + Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

    + Maintain a clean and organized work environment

    + Follow safety protocols and quality standards

    + Support team members to meet production goals

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + No prior experience required for some positions; training provided

    + Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

    + Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

    + Reliable and punctual attendance

    + Ability to lift and handle materials as needed
