Our client, a dynamic player in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the P&IL department supporting the Customer Service and Logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proactive communication style, and a passion for solving business problems, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Data Analyst

**Location:** Valencia, CA

**Pay Range:** $25/hr

**Shift:** Monday - Friday (Saturdays as needed) 7am-4pm

**Duration:** 9 month contract

What's the Job?

+ Collect, cleanse, and load data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness for reporting.

+ Create, validate, and maintain Excel models using pivot tables, formulas, and macros.

+ Evaluate, recommend, and develop tools for automation of transactional tasks.

+ Maintain departmental scorecards and KPI tracking reports with prompt, accurate updates.

+ Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of Power BI and Excel reports as needed.

What's Needed?

+ Requires a four-year university degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Computer Science.

+ 2-3 years of data analysis experience using Excel, Power BI, and DAX.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros).

+ Experience with SQL, Spark, Python, VBA, or similar programming language.

+ Analytical mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for solving business problems.
