    Adult Orthopedic (Ortho) Physical Therapist Outpatient

    **Salary Range:** $80,080.00 - $108,804.80

     

    $10,000 Sign-on Bonus

     

    Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day

    Responsibilities

    Our **Newly Remodeled** BSW Rehab Outpatient location at our Dallas Camp Wisdom clinic; equipped with new innovative treatments, adaptive techniques and new advanced technology is adding to its full time staff. Hiring for a motivated full time Physical Therapist. The ideal candidate will have outpatient experience and have a passion for patient advocacy and learning while becoming part of a very tight-knit and dynamic team

     

    + Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment

    + Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day

    + Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source

    + Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports

    + Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately

    + Promoting continuous quality improvement

    + Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

    Qualifications

    + Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.

    + Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
