    + **Title: Supply Chain Planner 3**

    + **Location: 100% Remote (Preference: CST & EST Time Zones)**

    + **Duration: 12 Months**

    + **Schedule: 40 hours per week, NO OT expected**

    + **Pay Rate Range: $30 to $35/hr**

    Key Responsibilities

    + **Supply Chain Planning & Coordination: Manage demand forecasting, supply planning, production scheduling, and inventory management. Ensure S&OP cycles and planning reviews are executed smoothly.**

    + **Data Analysis & Reporting: Track KPIs (forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, service levels, lead times). Perform root-cause analysis for supply disruptions or demand fluctuations.**

    + **Power BI Dashboard Development: Build and maintain dashboards with advanced DAX and data modelling. Automate refreshes and create stakeholder-friendly reporting tools.**

    + **Decision Support & Execution: Translate insights into actions. Prepare and present findings for leadership and coordinate execution of approved plans.**

    + **Process Improvement: Lead at least one process improvement initiative with measurable outcomes.**

    + **Task & Deadline Management: Apply project management practices to track progress, report status, and escalate risks.**

    Required Qualifications

    + **Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.**

    + **3–5+ years’ experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or analytics.**

    + **Strong understanding of supply chain processes (S&OP, inventory optimization).**

    + **Expert in Power BI (dashboard creation, DAX, data modelling).**

    + **Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas; VBA is a plus).**

    + **Experience with SQL or data analysis tools.**

    + **Strong written & verbal communication.**

    + **Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in remote, cross-functional teams.**

    Preferred Qualifications

    + **5+ years’ experience in global or multi-site supply chain environments.**

    + **Prior project-based or contract experience.**

    + **ERP / Supply Chain System knowledge (SAP IBP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Kinaxis).**

    + **Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for automation/analysis.**

    + **Certifications: APICS CPIM/CSCP, Six Sigma, Power BI PL-300.**

    + **Master’s degree in supply chain management, Analytics, or related field.**
