    Adecco is recruiting for a **Shipping / Material Handler Associate** for a client in **Syracuse, NY** . This opportunity pays **$19-24/hour** , depending on experience.

    Duties:

    + **Own the Shipping Process:** Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and accuracy in documentation.

    + **Keep Us Organized:** Track and manage inventory levels, perform regular cycle counts, and help maintain inventory accuracy.

    + **Ensure Quality:** Inspect all shipments for accuracy and compliance, identifying and addressing discrepancies.

    + **Be the Communicator:** Act as a key contact with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to quickly resolve issues.

    + **Champion Safety & Cleanliness:** Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean, well-organized shipping area.

    + **Drive Improvements:** Bring ideas to the table and help streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

    Qualifications:

    + **Experience:** 2+ years in a shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination role.

    + **Tech-Savvy:** Proficient with SAP preferred, along with Microsoft Office, and common shipping software like UPS and FedEx systems.

    + **Detail-Oriented:** You catch the small stuff and know it makes a big difference.

    + **Strong Communicator:** Comfortable working across teams and with external partners.

    + **Problem Solver:** Calm under pressure and great at finding practical solutions.

    + **Team-Oriented:** You’re reliable, collaborative, and thrive in a team setting.

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 to $24.00 per hour
