    Adecco RPO is proud to partner with LGES-HONDA (L-H Battery) in the hiring of Production Operators for their brand new, cutting edge Jeffersonville, OH manufacturing facility!

     

    Production Operators are an important part of the manufacturing process and will be placed in one of a variety of L-H Battery departments, from Materials Management to Module manufacturing. Operators may be responsible for transporting or loading materials, operating and/or monitoring production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing of products.

    The position comes with the following benefits:

    + Positions starting at $21.84/hr. with pay progression on time and skill assessment

    + $2/hr. shift premiums for certain shifts

    + 401(K) with company match

    + Eligibility for overtime compensation

    + Industry leading benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, Rx), 401K, life insurance, STD and LTD benefits available

    + Paid Time Off (PTO)

    + 14 paid holidays/shutdown days in 2025
